MIDLAND CENTER FOR THE ARTS Public Health Statement

We look forward to welcoming you for entertaining and thought-provoking exhibits and live performances at Midland Center for the Arts! Our top priority remains to ensure that you — our patrons, artists, staff, teachers, students and volunteers — can enjoy memorable experiences in art, science and history with complete confidence in your health and safety.

As of April 26, 2022, masks are no longer required for patrons at Midland Center for the Arts unless specifically requested by the artists we present on our stages. In the interest of caution and caring for one another, the Center continues to strongly encourage patrons to wear masks while visiting and attending events at the Center. Midland Center staff, educators and volunteers will continue to wear masks when interacting with all of our guests.

These are decisions that are not made lightly and we thank you for your continued support of the Center as we navigate this difficult situation. We will continue to monitor and adjust COVID-19 protocols based on local and national conditions, and visiting artist and producer policies.

By entering our facility, you are acknowledging that an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public space where people are present. By attending an event at Midland Center for the Arts, you and any guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree not to hold Midland Center for the Arts, the artists, the producers, or any other of their affiliates, volunteers, employees, or contractors liable for nay illness or injury.
